Questions:
I want to register for the cruise but I don't have a roommate. What should I do?
Answer:
If you don't have a roommate, we can help you find one. After you have registered for the cruise go to the Facebook message board. There you can post a message for "roommate wanted".
If for some reason you don't get a response, we will match you up with a suitable roommate. Please specify the type of roommate you require (male, female or doesn't matter.)
If we cannot find you a roommate with the same category cabin you registered for we will have to move to a different cabin. If the cabin your being moved to is more expensive than the one you originally registered for you will need to pay the difference. If the cost of your new cabin is less than the cost of your original cabin you will be refunded the difference in price minus a 40 euro room change fee.
Question:
What's included in my cost for the cruise? Do I need money for the workshops, performances, concerts or any other salsa events?
Answer:
All salsa activities (workshops, performances and parties), as well as, ship activities and amenities, meals, port fees, taxes and of course you cabin accommodations are covered in the cost of your cabin .
Gratuities are not included. The gratuities are small payment to ship staff like your cabin stewart, waiters and maitre d'. Gratuities are $34-$45 depending on your cabin type.
Questions:
I registered for the cruise, when will I get my cruise tickets?
Answer:
Once you registered for cruise you become part of our larger group. For all large groups Royal Caribbean requires us to submit a manifest (list) of all the passengers in our group. Once we have submitted our final manifest, Royal Caribbean will begin processing cruise tickets for our group along with the other 2000 passengers on the ship.
They will send the tickets to us and we will send them to you. This process will be completed 2-3 weeks before the cruise sails.
Questions:
Is there a way I can print out my ticket online?
Answer:
Yes. Again, once royal has finished processing our group's reservation they will assign each passenger a ship reservation number. You will be able to go to the Royal Caribbean website at: www.rccl.com and login to the online check in section of their webpage (under the "Before you Board" tab) and check in online. At the end of the check in process you will have the option of printing out your "Set Sail Pass". The Set Sail Pass can be used as your cruise ticket /boarding pass when board the ship.
